Bespoke Small Shelving Unit

I just realised I hadn't published this nice commission from back in April! The reconstruction of a small shelving unit from the late 50s: I restored the legs in solid beech wood, kept the lovely brass nuts (polished) and made the shelves new, as the original ones were in a very poor shape.
Check the pictures below and the 'making of' section for further details.

Measures: 100cm long, 40cm deep, 60cm high.

The vintage shelving unit, before its restoration. Note that the shelves weren't made in solid wood, and the veneer was quite damaged. A replacement was in order!
Rounding the edges of the new plywood shelves; restoring the legs
Staining the new shelves, then painting some off-white stripes on their surfaces
