Old Restored Window Turned into Mirror

Once restored, the frame structure of an old window -with its stouty beams and a cute window sill in solid pinewood- makes a lovely frame for a mirror too!

A rustic but still elegant accent piece for any wall.

Measures: Frame 51 x 65 cm (the top board is 60cm wide); Mirror 37 x 47 cm

Some pictures taken during the making process: The frame in its original state, and then thoroughly sanded
Once the wood was treated against woodworms, the little holes were filled with wood putty.
The last picture shows how the frame is sealed with several coats of clear varnish.
