Vintage Pill Box Necklace

Long necklace (42cm), 'Retro-chic' style.

It's made out of a vintage pill box with a decorated porcelain plate on the lid, quite charming.
Its chipped corner adds up to the nostalgic charm of the piece.

I have polished the box and taken away the plastic tray for pills, so now it is more a trinket box pendant.
Here on the left: sanding the pierced holes.

The design of the necklace allows that the box can still be opened while worn as a pendant.

Nickel plated ball chain with clasp -very easy to shorten if desired.
