1910s Restored Trunk

A magnificent trunk from the very begining of the 20th Century in solid pinewood covered with ornated tin sheet in a lively yellow, red and green pattern. It was in a very good condition, it only needed some minor restauration at the back (replacing some of the slats and getting rid of some of the corrosion) a thorough cleaning and varnishing the whole piece, inside and out.

Measures: 98cm long, 45cm deep, 48cm high

The trunk, prior its restoration - the unusually well kept paper was just varnished for further protection.
Replacing the back slats, and a picture taken during the last stage of the works: varnishing the bottom part
