Big Mama Owl

Big Mama Owl had been looking for her little twin sons, Gufo and Hibu, all over Europe! She is so releaved to have finally found them among the Trash Family members, and so tired too, that she has decided to stay as well. Good! Nothing like a "Mother and Child reunion"♫  *wink*

She is made out of a small wooden box (sanded and stained with a water-based, wengué colour varnish and brass Chinese-style clasp closure to form the beak. Oh, and turned upside down, too!), a huge hinge, new and old rusty washers plus a couple of screws for the huge eyes and two big bolts for the legs. His wings are two flaps from a vintage cooking steamer basket, and the pointy ears are made out of those metallic bits used to secure pictures to the frames.
Big Mama Owl measures 9x9, 10cm high, and of course, she is a good little-treasures keeper as well!
