Happy Crates

These two plywood vintage drawers were already really nice, with their curved sides and round lines... but they still needed a little sprucing up to enhance their unusual shape. So I painted them in happy, fresh colours: one with ruby red and blue on its sides plus a bold off-white stripe inside, and the other one with blue and lime green on the sides, plus two thick off-white lines inside.

Now they are a jolly pair of crates, 27x 32cm, 12cm high -ideal for keepeing baby toys, bathroom items or the knitting set, for example.
