Spot On: A single pendant light

Spot on owes its name to the main part used to make the shade: the cup of an emdedded spotlight, big and shiny and with a lovely shape.
The rest of parts in this single pendant light include the metallic frame of a vintage clock, a black rubber extrusion profile and a big rubber plug that create a nice contrast in colour and texture, a small metallic cake mold that serves as the canopy, a gorgeus red cotton cord (130cm long), screws, nuts, washers.. and the E27 bulb socket, of course.

The result is a rather unique single pendant light that stands out -and blends in smoothly in a Modern, Industrial or even Country-chic decoration scheme.

Base diameter: 18cm, Total lenght: 140cm.

And here on the right hand side, a picture taken during the dismantling of the spot light (the one used for this lamp, and a similar one, at the back. I have also used parts from the frame for other projects -reuse to the max!)
