An elegant, full of personality long necklace (42cm).
It's made out of an antique bakelite drawer handle, Art Deco style, with a gorgeous butterscotch colour.
The part is in very good vintage condition, with a lovely sheen on its tawny brown surface.
I have attached the pendant with a modified nickel hook (originally intended to hang pictures) and a screw, as a hint of its hardware origins.
Also, I have completed it with a nickel ring that has a fringe of five fine gauge square snake chains that add movement and compliment the soft, minimal lines of the handle.
The main chain is also a thin snake one, square and sterling silver -lobster clasp.
