Vintage Formica Table

This cute piece, a classic design from the 70s -with a light teal Formica top and sturdy iron legs in black- could serve both as a desk or a kitchen table. The surface is in mint condition and I have adapted a wooden drawer with matching teal front and vintage chrome handle, that slides underneath.
Solid, practical and nice looking: who could ask for more?

Measures: surface is 80 cm wide, 50cm deep; height 77cm

THE MAKING OF: Here on the right, the main pieces used to update the table.

Below: sanding and painting the front of the drawer with the same tone as the Formica top.

Painting the bottom of the drawer white and the reassembling afterwards
Poliching the vintage handle, drilling the pieces of wood that would make the support for the drawer
Painting the underneath of the top surface in white, mounting the drawer support
Once everithing in place and attached, giving the final touches of paint
