When I found this porcelain enamel sink from the beginning of the 20th Century at an antiques fair, I knew exactly what to do with it: Remove the white paint covering its lovely chipped bits, turn it upside-down, find the way to adapt a porcelain bulb socket to the pipe hole, wire it with a coordinated deep blue cotton cord, add an enamelled metallic cup, hang... and admire.
The porcelain reflects the light from the bulb in a soft way, making it a
useful lamp to be hung on top of a dinning table. The unique Sink
pendant lamp is the perfect accent for a country-chic or industrial style room.
Measures: 40cm diameter, 14cm high. the cord is 2 meters long, good for high ceilings or to form a loop.
