Venetian Marbled Paper and Wood Box

If you've been following this blog, you'll probably know about my 'box fixation'... I do love boxes: make boxes out of stuff, recover old boxes and, like in this case, revamp simple wooden ones into something more glamourous!
I have tinted and polished the bottom part in a dark chocolate tone, and covered the lid with a sumptuous handmade, Venetian marbled paper. A vintage wooden knob -in matching greish blue- salvaged from a drawer makes the lid easier to be lifted, and adds the cute touch.

Measures: 18x 16,5 cm, 5cm high
