Bronze Pull Plate & Dark Brown Necklace

A remarkable necklace, rather elegant in its complex display but at the same time light and with ethnic accents. This makes it also wearable in casual occasions. 19cm long.

It is made with a long shaped, ornated cast bronze pull plate, taken from a drawer of a vintage cabinet, separated from the rest of the pull and polished. It has three charms: two dark seeds from Africa plus ochre shaded glass beads on each side, and a dark coffee-toned resin drop plus another glass bead as a finial.

The cord combines threads of chocolate brown linen and lighter brown suede with four thin gauge rolo bronze chains in loops, joined at several points with brass crimps.
